My husband and I are growing older and wanted to be prepared if anything were to happen to one or both of us. We attended an estate planning class taught by Christopher Lindsey and found it so informative and helpful, we decided to use his firm to set up a trust, prepare a will, and set up medical and legal powers of attorney. The firm made the process very easy. It was very easy to schedule our meetings and the administrative assistant Brenda was so helpful and extremely professional and courteous. We had two meetings with Christopher, first to discuss our wishes and then to review the documents and discuss next steps. We were given the option to meet either in person in their Ann Arbor office space or via Zoom. We had one additional meeting with paralegal Melanie in person so we could sign all the documents. After signing we were sent an electronic copy of all the documents and also received a notebook with print copies. We are very happy with our experience with Estate Planning & Elder Law Services and recommend the firm without reservation.
