Shelly joined Estate Planning & Elder Law Services in June 2016 as a Paralegal. With over 30 years of experience in the legal field, Shelly serves as both Estate Planning Paralegal and Operations Manager at Estate Planning & Elder Law Services. She plays a key role in ensuring the firm’s legal matters are handled with precision, compassion, and efficiency.

As a seasoned paralegal, Shelly specializes in drafting complex estate plans, managing trust and probate administration cases, and guiding clients through Medicaid planning with care and professionalism. Her attention to detail and deep understanding of elder law ensures that each client receives personalized, thorough support throughout every stage of the planning process.
