We started a trust fund many years ago but didn't get through the first set of questions. We weren't sure how to.answer some of them.Meeting with Elder law was a great experience. They asked us questions about what we wanted to achieve and then clearly explained the ramifications of our answers. They took us step by step through everything we needed in a trust and what we didn't. When the trust was completed, they took us through each point and again explained in detail what each meant. I'd definitely recommend Elder Law to anyone who wants to have a trust.
