Shelly joined Estate Planning & Elder Law Services in July 2016 as a Paralegal. She brings a broad depth of experience specializing in Trust, Estate and Probate areas of law. Since Ms. Morell brings over 20 years of knowledge and experience to the firm, she is an intrinsic part of our firm’s commitment to client service excellence.
Shelly provides a supportive role in all aspects of Estate Planning and Trust and Probate administration. Her duties include helping with the drafting of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts and powers of attorney. In addition, Ms. Morell assists with the preparation and filing of probate and trust administration documents, thus ensuring that our clients’ estates and trusts are properly administered in accordance with the Michigan law.
Shelly received a Paralegal degree from Commonwealth College in Virginia. She attends Institute of Continuing Legal Education courses on Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration.
In addition to her legal career, Shelly is the President and Founder of Second Chance at Life, Inc. a Michigan Nonprofit Organization, a member of the Recipient Advisory Committee for Gift of Life Michigan, Sponsorship Chair for Team Michigan and a wife and mom of two wonderful children.
