Margaret Lindauer is an attorney licensed to practice law in the state of Michigan. Ms. Lindauer grew up in Chelsea, Michigan before moving to Chicago, Illinois to complete her studies. While she was in Chicago, Ms. Lindauer attended DePaul University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts and Social Sciences in Political Science. During that time, Ms. Lindauer received a Fulbright Scholarship to travel to Japan and also studied for a semester in London, where she worked for the Prime Minister’s office. After graduation, Ms. Lindauer attended the University of Illinois at Chicago Law School, where she received her Juris Doctorate. In law school, Ms. Lindauer was a member of her school’s Moot Court Team, worked for the Cook County State Attorney’s Office, Illinois Attorney General’s Office, and Bennett & Bangser LLC.

Ms. Lindauer returned to Michigan in the Spring of 2020 and sat for the Michigan Bar in July of 2020. Ms. Lindauer was sworn in to the Michigan Bar in the County of Oakland on November 13, 2020.

Ms. Lindauer is a member of the Probate and Estate Planning and Elder Law sections of the State Bar of Michigan, as well as the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.

Ms. Lindauer has received a certificate in the area of Probate and Estate Planning issued by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education in March of 2022.
