Estate Planning is the development of a plan for managing your assets and affairs during your lifetime, in case of incapacity, and upon your death. Our attorneys will tailor an estate plan to meet your particular needs.  This may involve basic estate planning (e.g. - Wills, Trusts, etc.), advanced estate and tax planning (e.g. - Charitable Trusts, etc.), or planning for persons with a disability or special needs (e.g. - Special Needs Trusts).

A proper estate plan deals with not only what happens to someone's estate at death, but also what happens to someone's affairs should they become incapacitated.
