Christopher T. Lindsay
Christopher T. Lindsay is the founder of the Estate Planning & Elder Law Services law firm. Prior to that, Mr. Lindsay practiced in the areas of probate and estate planning and complex premises and product liability litigation. With extensive experience in estate planning, elder law, and litigation, Mr. Lindsay is dedicated to providing ethical, fair, and comprehensive legal solutions to complicated legal matters such as long-term care asset protection planning, cases involving elder abuse and exploitation, probate and trust disputes, and special needs estate planning.
Mr. Lindsay earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Detroit School of Law in Detroit, Michigan, and his Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan. Mr. Lindsay is admitted to the State Bar of Michigan and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
Community involvement is an integral part of our firm's philosophy. Mr. Lindsay serves his community by teaching Estate Planning and Long Term Care Planning courses in the following communities: Howell, Hartland, Ann Arbor, Westland, Fenton, Garden City, Redford, Walled Lake, West Bloomfield, Pinckney, Bloomfield Hills, Dexter, and Novi, Michigan. EPS offers these cost effective classes to the public as a service to those interested in learning more about protecting their affairs through proactive estate and long-term care planning.
Mr. Lindsay is a member of the Probate and Estate Planning and Elder Law sections of the State Bar of Michigan, the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Oakland County Bar Association and the Brighton Bar Association.
